Bruce Gernstein is a Surveyor Associate® by the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS®), a graduate of the Yacht & Small Craft Survey program at Chapman School of Seamanship, an ABYC® certified Standards Marine Technician and has been completing cargo inspections in Louisville, Kentucky for the past 15 years. Today, Bruce proudly calls Tampa, Florida home.
